The CLUSE warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any CLUSE products. CLUSE grants a two (2) year warranty period on its watches and a two (2) year warranty period on its jewellery. The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability. The warranties do not apply in case of: - theft or loss; - intentional damage; - damages as a result of improper usage such as scratching, bumping or falling; - normal wear and tear or aging of the used materials; or - damages as a result of neglected care. The warranty on a watch relates to the movement and not to other parts such as the glass or the strap. Wear traces visible on the watch, must be considered as normal effects of usage. The effects of perspiration on the strap differ from one person to another, due to the differences in acidity. CLUSE watches are 3 ATM Water Resistant: this means that the watch is protected against minor splashes of water. 3 ATM water resistant CLUSE watches cannot be worn during showering, bathing, swimming or diving. CLUSE watches should not be exposed to more than minor splashes of water or to chemical substances such as perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that CLUSE jewellery is fragile and will break if not handled with care. The warranty on jewellery only relates to demonstrable production errors. CLUSE jewellery should not be exposed to water or chemical substances such as perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products as this may lead to discoloration. The warranties no longer apply in case a third party performed repair works or other works on the product, without prior written permission by CLUSE. Shipment costs for a return shipment after a warranty request or repair request (for defects occurring after the buyer has used the product), will be borne by the buyer.

We make no guarantee as to the availability of goods advertised available for purchase via this web site. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. An order is only accepted when the goods are dispatched.
Delivery
Goods purchased on this website will be delivered free of charge on orders over $100. Orders under $100 the shipping cost is $15.
We also offer the option to collect free from one of our stores in Central West NSW. This is not a 'click and collect' service. We will contact you when these items have arrived in store for collection.
We aim to despatch items within 10 business days, dependent on location. During sale periods you may need to allow for a long dispatch time. If we receive an order on our website before 12pm we aim to despatch the order the same business day, but this may not be possible in busier periods such as Christmas. Purchases are sent via the Australia Post tracked delivery system or courier.
Orders placed after the 7th December are not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
Upon dispatch you will receive an email with the shipment details.
Returns/Exchange
Merchandise purchased from a Regency Jewellers store, or online, may be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or goods of equivalent value.
Of course, any merchandise returned must be in new, unworn and saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and original packaging.
Please email ilovejewellery@regencygroup.com.au to arrange any returns. Items may be returned to your nearest Regency Jewellers store but refunds will only be processed by the head office upon receipt of the item, and not by shop staff.
Refunds will be processed via the original purchase method.
Exchanges will only be processed once we receive the return item from you.
