Unfortunately, some items may be out of stock or even removed from the website altogether if discontinued.

Does my necklace/pendant order come with a chain?
Where a chain is included it will be noted in the description. Otherwise any chain received will merely be a plated display chain.

Why are some rings only available to order?
We always aim to exceed expectations in delivering your items to you, and currently we are unable to stock every ring in every size. Therefore we ask that you contact us and we will be able to supply you with the most accurate prices and stock levels for your size. We hope you find the guide price listed on our rings useful.

I still need more information about a product.
We include as much information as possible about each product on the website. However if you feel we have missed something please contact us for further information. 

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
All products come with complimentary gift wrapping to make sending a gift easy.
If you specifically wish products to be wrapped separately please advise us at checkout. 

Can I change my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is only possible to change it prior to despatch.
