Quartz Watch
A battery-powered quartz watch is controlled by fluctuations in a crystal of the mineral quartz. These oscillations change very little over time, which is why quartz is often used - because it retains its accuracy.

This watch can resist water, but should not be worn while swimming. The value refers to the pressure in the water, at that depth, while motionless... and should not be seen as the depth for wearing the watch..
Condensation - important!
Rapid changes in temperature can cause condensation inside the watch. If you notice moisture beneath the glass, you should immediately go to a watchmaker, who can open and dry the watch. Even if the signs of moisture disappears, by themselves... the moisture will not - and will eventually damage your watch - so, visit a professional and remove it permanently. Even waterproof watches are not protected against condensation, so keep that in mind if you plan to go from very hot to very cold temperatures - like from a hot sauna directly to the snow. If condensation occurs, it very rarely (if ever) depends on manufacturing, so if your watch is damaged by moisture, the warranty will probably not cover it (it could be manufacturing issues, but... most likely it will be because of the rapid change of temperature = natural causes).
Circumference
This watch has a width of 32 mm (the dial, measured from left to right, with the crown excluded). Even if some watches are not perfectly circle-shaped, we still use the term: diameter - and we only measure the case, completely ignoring the crown (even though some include it, in their measurements).

Sizes
Does this watch fit your wrist? Wristwatches have gradually become larger in size, and a typical women's watch is usually between 32 and 38 mm wide. If you have a wrist that is noticeable larger/smaller, we recommend that you focus on the sizes in/outside the outer edges of the typical sizes. Delivery
Goods purchased on this website will be delivered free of charge on orders over $100. Orders under $100 the shipping cost is $15.
We also offer the option to collect free from one of our stores in Central West NSW. This is not a 'click and collect' service. We will contact you when these items have arrived in store for collection.
We aim to despatch items within 10 business days, dependent on location. During sale periods you may need to allow for a long dispatch time. If we receive an order on our website before 12pm we aim to despatch the order the same business day, but this may not be possible in busier periods such as Christmas. Purchases are sent via the Australia Post tracked delivery system or courier.
Orders placed after the 7th December are not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
Upon dispatch you will receive an email with the shipment details.
Returns/Exchange
Merchandise purchased from a Regency Jewellers store, or online, may be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or goods of equivalent value.
Of course, any merchandise returned must be in new, unworn and saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and original packaging.
Please email ilovejewellery@regencygroup.com.au to arrange any returns. Items may be returned to your nearest Regency Jewellers store but refunds will only be processed by the head office upon receipt of the item, and not by shop staff.
Refunds will be processed via the original purchase method.
Exchanges will only be processed once we receive the return item from you.
